Start a New Repository
Repositories are used to organize all your assets into one place. A repository can have many assets. A repository can also have multiple types, multiple taxonomies, and multiple security roles.
Step 1
On the top menu click on ‘Admin’ then click on ‘Repositories’ in the left hand sidebar
Step 2
Click ‘Add Config’
Step 3
Enter a name for the new config and click add. Note: For best results, do not use spaces in your repository name.
Step 4
Add configuration settings for each of the following sections
Security
Add the appropriate roles and assign permissions to each role.
Asset Types
Here you will select the different types you want available in the repository. NOTE: There are five default types that cannot be edited. They are:
- Default Types
- File
- Image
- Upload
- Video
- Folder
Asset Taxonomies
Here you will add the taxonomies that you want available in the selected repository. Click the ‘Add Taxonomies’ dropdown and selected the desired taxonomy. Repeat as necessary.
OCM Migration Settings
If you are import an existing OCM repositry, this section is where you will place the settings for that repository. See OCI Settings for more information.

Click ‘Save Config’
Step 6
Go to ‘Repositories’ in the left hand sidebar

Click ‘Reload GraphQL’ Note: This will only need to be done on initial setup.
Step 8
Go to ‘Content’ from the top menu bar

Selected the desired repository. This will bring you to the home page for that repository.
